The Saudi defense minister said Riyadh sealed a $260 million French deal to upgrade its tank corps and is exploring additional arms from the United States. Kilmer Malfeasance Case Move Delayed By Judge
District Court judge Thomas White of Columbus said he will rule in two weeks on a motion to throw out a malfeasance charge against Dodge County Clerk Lloyd Kilmer and on a bid to change the trial site. If held, trial would likely occur in January or February. Kilmer is accused of misusing county supplies and billing the county for anti union literature sent to courthouse employees last June and July.
