Accidents Kill Two in Omaha Intersection Crash
A north west Omaha collision at 72nd Street and Rainwood Drive killed James Frary 30 and Winifred Griffin 70. Robert Fleek 66 of David City drove the pickup and was hospitalized in fair condition along with passenger Sondra Sacks 33 of Omaha. The crash occurred about 3 pm as the car southbound and the truck westbound collided near Immanuel Hospital. Douglas County deputies continued the investigation. Fleek said he stopped at a stop sign before impact.
