River Raft Regatta Set Labor Day in Missouri
Julia A. Upton, 64, a Plattsmouth native from a Sarpy County pioneer family, died Monday after a long illness. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Grewer Kerisko Mortuary chapel. She was a granddaughter of Dr. Mrastugs Upjohn, an early Nebraska Territory physician who settled in Sarpy County in 1854 and practiced near Bellevue until 1880. She is survived by her sister Bertha of Plattsmouth and two nieces.
