Duane Wilken, 31, held in the Otoe County jail as authorities plan possible charges in the death of his wife Sharron Wilken, 30. Sharron's body was found buried in a garden near their farm home after an autopsy suggested head trauma and a postmortem burn.

Artificial caviar touted by Soviet scientists in Moscow
Soviet researchers announce readiness to sell artificial caviar developed at the Academy of Sciences. A Moscow factory unit can produce up to 400 pounds daily using a so called caviar machine. Details on taste remain unavailable as the device is kept from foreign observers. The ersatz product, described as gelatinous, uses milk albumin, casein, fish and fats with added dyes to mimic red, black or gray caviar. The move follows Caspian pollution and Volga damming that harmed sturgeon beds.
