Columbus School Board approved a four to one vote to seek bids for a new Duncan elementary school building with plans for 60 day bid receipt and 90 day start, aiming occupancy in 1978 79. The 110 by 110 foot one story project costs under 300000 plus furnishings and fees and may require more land for playground and parking.
