Nebraska forms experimental medical manpower referral office
Gov. J J Exon and Sen. Thomas Kennedy announce creation of a state rural friendly medical manpower referral office to link communities with doctors and assist doctors seeking practice locations. The office will be funded by a $30 000 federal grant and directed by Kennedy at $1 a year plus expenses with a full advisory staff.
