Generals report rebels advancing from Manila toward Cavite cities surrendering Spanish positions at Seapote and Paranaque. About three thousand prisoners taken as Manila surrounded and attack expected hourly. Cavite campaign ends after Krupp pieces breach walls. Spanish force numbers disputed with 7 000 to 35 000 in Manila.
