Jury set for murder decision in Bean case
Final arguments by prosecutors wrapped up with defense due to finish by Thursday as jurors prepare to decide the fate of Dundell Wright, accused of killing Sacramento Police Department officer Bill Bean on February 9, 1999, after a traffic stop. Hiring freeze may slow snow removal
