Colfax Woman Improves After Solo Motorcycle Crash
Tonya Roberts of Colfax shows signs of recovery after a May 15 solo motorcycle crash. She remains in a trauma unit at Sutter Roseville Hospital with a long recovery ahead. Family reports she is waking intermittently and doctors plan to remove breathing tubes and insert a tracheotomy vent to aid vocalization. Donations to aid Roberts and her daughter are being collected at U.S. Bank and Sierra Market, totaling about 545 dollars.
