Colfax City Council member Dave Gard submitted his resignation effective June 10 ending a 3 year 4 month term. Gard cited unforeseen personal and business circumstances and said he could not continue to serve. He owns Sierra Chevrolet and first joined the council February 1 2000 after the prior member resigned.
