Colfax gets new city planner from Lake Placid origins
Sherri Conway steps into Colfax as city planner bringing Lake Placid experience and a biology background. She aims to guide downtown revitalization, economic development, and General Plan updates while building consensus amid a shifting demographic. Conway, wife of Chris, parents three children, moved with family from New York to California, now embracing Colfax and its small town energy. She succeeds Shelley Eisner, who died in May.
