San Clemente lifeguards and OC Parks provide free beach wheelchairs at multiple sites from San Clemente State Park to Dana Point and Aliso Beach. Most are first come, first served for users 15 and older, with special provisions near Newport Beach pier and two Huntington Beach concession areas.
