Real Estate Update for Orange County Coastal Towns
CoreLogic data in the Orange County Register shows 305 home sales in six ZIPs, up 0.7 percent from a year ago, with a $714,750 countywide median price up 8.3 percent. Across 83 ZIPs, prices rose in 69 and sales rose in 42, with notable gains in Aliso Viejo, Dana Point, and San Clemente while some Dana Point markets dipped.

Outlets at San Clemente to add luxury cinema by 2019
Craig Realty Group plans a 45,000 square foot Metropolis Theater at The Outlets at San Clemente with 10 auditoriums and a 60 foot premium large format screen plus a full service restaurant. The project will reuse an Oak Tree Court structure near Ruby’s Diner and across from Slapfish and other shops. The mall hosts nearly 60 stores and restaurants with new openings including Hurley Factory Store started March 30 and Rockwell’s Cafe & Bakery slated for late April followed by Kevin Jewelers. An ocean-view restaurant is expected to be announced soon.
