Crucifix on Baby Beach draws crowd for Good Friday tribute
Jay Bellamy of San Clemente carved a 12 foot cross with Jesus in the sand at Baby Beach in Dana Point Harbor on Good Friday. The display took five hours and served as a centerpiece for an informal gathering with sermon praise music and communion. About 70 people attended along with pastors Bruce Hutton of Anchor Christian Church and Bruce DeSoto of The Church on the Hill.
