Starty an e nyorce ion will hold a brush day on Saturday Oct. 10 from 9 to 11 p.m. at city property on Highway 219 where the archery club shoots. A city brush day is scheduled for every second Saturday of the month this year. Those wishing to use this opportunity to clear brush will need their city water bill and a driver's license for entrance to the property. Anyone needing help to haul brush can contact city hall for a list of contractors.

Picturing America comes to Clifton Civic Library
Clifton Civic Library hosts Picturing America from the National Endowment for the Humanities. The exhibit uses masterworks from American art to tell the nation story from colonial times to the 20th century, with works by Copley Cole Audubon and Hopper among others.
