Christian Sworn In As First County Court At Law Judge
Davi Christian was sworn in by Judge James E. Morgan as the first Bosque County Court at Law judge on Thursday October 1 in the Meridian district courtroom. The ceremony was attended by judges attorneys and law enforcement officials and opened by Judge Cole Word who thanked attendees. Christian reflected on moving to Meridian decades ago and said the new court would serve the county and its people after 40 years in the area.

Bouquet Of Friendship Quilt Completed By Home Schoolers
Eleven Bosque County girls and neighbors produced a Bouquet of Friendship quilt for Lutheran Sunset Ministries auction. They began in February, layered by August, and finished by September with help from Crawfills Gap quilters.
