The Bosque County resident Lisa Payne, a former All-State Choir member from a Texas school, studied at the University of Texas at Austin. She pursued country music in Nashville and now sings blues jazz and spiritual pieces while freelancing in communications with church choir involvement. The Civic Music Association praises her talents for area residents.
