Clifton Blood Bank Set for October 28 at City Hall
Clifton hosts its fall blood bank on Thursday October 28 at Clifton City Hall Auditorium. Chaired by Nev Ted Steenbroek the event is part of the Bosque County Heart of Texas Red Cross Blood Bank program with offices in Waco. The four annual Clifton blood drives serve about 11 000 county residents and aim to exceed last spring’s 100 plus units.

Shotgun and ammo stolen from Clifton Fair grounds
A 20 gauge shotgun and 11 rounds of ammunition were stolen from a pickup behind the rodeo stands at the Clifton Fair grounds. A vent window was broken. the theft was reported around 11 p.m. No injuries reported in a three vehicle crash on South Ave A at 7:25 p.m. Minor damage to all vehicles.
