Austin Oct 2 The Third Court of Civil Appeals made no order today on the motion submitted last Wednesday in the woman suffrage test case seeking a writ to compel the filing of the agreed statement of facts and a copy of the original petition with the first amendment. The case will be argued Nov 12. The Clifton Record and The Dallas News.
