In Caddo Texas on October 12 1919 Air Pret W Nelson of Clifton Texas writes to a recipient about the Royal Stephens holdings. He mentions previous attempts to locate the site and asks for ten more shares or units if still available. He notes discussions with several gumgers about the McCauley well and Langford wall believing they were worth buying and asks for guidance while weather allows travel.
