Clifton ISD to enter regional self evaluation plan
Clifton Independent School District will participate in Region XII’s Local-Regional Needs Assessment Planning Evaluation Accountability project for 1976 77, initiating a two year self study accreditation process. A Central Management Committee led by Superintendent Richard Liardon will develop goals and indicators, survey parents and community, and prepare Clifton Board approved targets.

Mr and Mrs Ben Thiele of Valley Mills celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary with a reception at Trinity Lutheran Church Clifton on Sunday November 21 from 2 to 4 hosted by their children and grandchildren. The couple married in 1916 in Landerwall and have lived on their Clifton area farm 60 years. They are Trinity Lutheran Church members.
