The inaugural Mid-Tex Feeder Pig Sale in Hamilton on April 15 sold 549 pigs averaging 60 pounds at $24.64 per head and $0.41 per pound. The next sale by the new Mid-Tex Feeder Pig Association is planned for Saturday May 20 at the Hamilton Sale Barn.

Mr and Mrs C O Jenson and Mr and Mrs W W Land spent the weekend in College Station for the graduation of their daughter and granddaughter Mrs Herman H Lansdun Jr from Texas A M University. Mrs Landua graduated with honors with a bachelor’s in Education and Curriculum, and Mr Landua studies Electrical Engineering at A M.
