Luncheon Honors Retiring Clifton Teachers at Cooksey's Place
The Clifton Public School faculty held a luncheon at 12 15 May 23 honoring Mrs Irene Gangsher and Mrs Jane Lockhart longtime faculty members. Superintendent Kent Appleby led the program with remarks by Miss Lottie Bettis and a skit directed by Mrs Della Ringness. Gifts of silver trays and books were presented by Mrs Roslyn Dahl and Mrs Ruth Arnold. The event concludes with songs School Days and The Little Red School House led by Mrs Patsy Kluth Lancaster. Thirty nine guests attended along with the honorees.
