Clifton Junior High hosts the Bi City Music Festival featuring a combined choir of about 159 students from Stephenville and Clifton. Mrs. Katie Sue Parker directs while Mrs. Patsy Ruth Lancaster conducts. the concert begins at 7:30 p.m. in Bettis Auditorium with a diverse program of folk, religious, operetta, and patriotic numbers. Clifton PTA arranges a 5:00 p.m. supper for choir members and chaperones. admission is free. Local Clifton High School junior choir members are listed.

Clifton Students Excel At All-Region Band Contest
Three Clifton students earned first band honors and six made second band at the Junior High All-Region VIII Band Try-Outs at Waco High School. Clifton Civic Improvement Society outlines a 1966 project to install 54 hanging wire baskets with permanent geraniums and greenery along Highway 6 and in downtown Clifton.
