Former Clifton Banker H F Theis Dies At 61
HOUSTON March 4 H F Theis 61, former Clifton banker and Houston radio language expert, died Monday at his home 1435 Rutland. A Boerne native and State Teachers College San Marcos graduate, he taught in Boerne New Braunfels and Kerville, served as Sepain postmaster, then bank cashier at Clifton before moving to Houston in 1925. He lectured on German English Spanish languages over Houston radio and provided private language classes. He was survived by a son.
