Predators blamed for decline in Bosque County livestock
Bosque County Commissioner Ray J. Miller cites a ten year drop in goat numbers from 62 272 in 1966 to 5 825 in 1975 and links losses to predators while noting low prices and deer leasing effects. He cites Brown County's predator bounty program as a model and seeks local input to form a county organization.
