Busy Bee H. D. Club Meets in Olson Home
The Busy Bee Home Demonstration Club met January 19, 1971 at 2 39 p.m. in Mrs. Palmer Olson s home with 8 members 2 visitors and the Home Demonstration Agent present. Mrs Olson was nominated as district delegate. Miss Dunn spoke on exercise for good health and led a simple fitness session. The next meeting is February 17 at 2 p.m. in Clifton City Hall with Mrs Jake Seljos as hostess.

Norse Mutual Fire Insurance holds 85th annual meeting
The Norse Mutual Fire Insurance Association held its 85th annual meeting January 7 1971 at Our Savior's Lutheran Church Hall. President Tilden Pederson led the session as assets exceeded 40 000 in three Bosque County banks. Membership stood at 217 with in force coverage of 1 693 715 and no fires in 1970. The group approved higher house and furniture insurance limits and set a 3.00 appraisal fee for additions. Buildings and furniture in town and rural areas qualify. officers elected include Martin Hoel Jr president Milton G Dahl Jr first vice president.
