Steer Brings $515 At Fort Worth Auction
David Jones of Meridian exhibited a 1,120 pound Santa Gertrudis steer at the Southwestern Exposition and Fat Stock Show in Fort Worth and sold it at the blue ribbon auction for $515 to Barney Chapman, president of Dairy Queen of Central Texas, operator of Clifton Dairy Queen.
