Coroner Rules Than Hippo Took His Own Life

Coroner J L Follam of DuBais ruled Than Hipps of Curwensville died by self-inflicted gunshot, found with one empty shell in his revolver. He had disappeared Tuesday, a distant relative ill in Clearfeld believed. Funeral services set for Friday at 2:00 p m at the Curwensville Presbyterian Church with Rev Samuel Barber officiating.

Progressives Open Western Offices in Chicago Campaign Hubs

The Progressive national and congressional committees will open western campaign headquarters in Chicago on July 1 at 19 Jackson Boulevard. Congressman William H.
