Republicans Form Unusually Strong Michigan Ticket
The Michigan Republican slate for 1926 features Gov. Fred W. Green of Ionia and Lt. Gov. Loren D. Dickinson of Charlotte at the top, with five other nominees chosen at the Detroit convention. New figures John S. Haggerty of Detroit and William W. Potter of Hastings join longtime leaders Oramel B. Fuller, Frank D. McKay, and Ernest A. Snow in a ticket built on proven state service and strong showings in the September 14 primary.
