Transfer of County Building Fund Held Up by Procedure
Clare County supervisors adjourned a one day meeting on September 21 believing funds were set for the new courthouse authority in Harrison. An estimated 40 000 remained in the County Building Fund and could be transferred, but the State Auditor General advised a written request and county board authorization are required before drawing a warrant. Dancers entertain crowd at Harrison Fair Grounds
The Wo-By-Po-Kegans performed before about 3,000 at Harrison Fair Grounds on Saturday October 2 for the Michigan Travel Trailer Club.
