Arthur Resident Dies in Detroit

Betty Burnett Carrell of Arthur township Michigan born August 8 1899 in Maplewood Ohio moved to Michigan as a child. She married Clyde Wood in Toledo 1918 and had twins Jean and Jack. After hospital stay she returned to Arthur then Detroit where she died November 13 1924. Funeral was held November 16 with a large attendance.

Dawson Returned to County Jail

Last Sunday evening Undersheriff Halstead received a tip that Ora Dawson was at his home in this city and soon thereafter paid a visit to that place. He placed handcuffs on Dawson and returned him to the county jail where he will rest until his trial in Circuit Court which convenes next Monday.

Mrs. Bader's Father Killed in Auto Crash at Flint

Mrs. Fred Bader received word on Saturday November 15 that Chas Babie was struck by a car in Flint the day before and died Tuesday morning at Hurley hospital. Mr and Mrs Bader attended the funeral held in Flint the following Thursday.
