Extra Swine Flu Clinics Scheduled

Public Health Nurses will administer the Swine Influenza vaccine at Clare City Hall on November 11 and Harrison courthouse on November 18 from 1 to 3 PM. As of November 5, 28,295 people in Roscommon, Isabella, Clare, and Osceola counties had been immunized.

About 710 000 hunters are expected in Michigan as the Nov 15 firearm deer season begins on a Monday for the first time since 1948. Auto Club lines show weekend travel to northern camps, with peak Friday 2 to 11 pm and varied Saturday patterns.
