Clare County Board debates social service policy and medical examiner plan
Clare County Commissioners met May 1 1972 at Harrison Court House. They opposed appointing county social services directors from a civil service roster and rejected a state run medical examiner system, favoring the existing coroner setup. The board heard reports from the airport, drainage, and building committees and approved several motions including library board changes and a courthouse heating discussion.
