Rev and Mrs Smith and evangelists led Thursday revival at Beaver ton Church of the Nazarene. Sunday service at Clare Church drew large attendance with plants given to mothers. Week events include Young Peoples topic Home Sweet Home and a Saginaw Zone Missionary Rally in Mt. Pleasant with speaker Mrs Louise Chapman.
Mrs Hola McDonel and daughter visited in Farwell with relatives. Many guests came to family homes on Mother's Day and weekend, including Mrs Bertha Owens, Mr Alva White, and others from Clare, Midland, Detroit, Rosebush, and Coleman.
Mrs Edna Jockwig of Saginaw and a Flint friend visited her brother and wife Ma and Mrs Frank Pringle to mark a birthday and Mother's Day. Mrs Roger Bonham of Farwell brought a cake as a birthday and Mother’s Day gift. Mr and Mrs Frank Yeoman of Lansing brought grandson Kenneth to visit James Yeoman family. Guests for Mother's Day included Thomas Abbott and spouse of Clare.

Mr and Wtrs Wimn Hileman were Phigaday overnight guests of their daughter Mrs Lyle Shaver and family. They attended a shower in Holt honoring Mrs Lyle Shaver at the home of Mrs Rudy Shaver. My and Mrs Willet Austin visited near WajahnneBa for Mother's Day. Tad Pranties and son John of Detroit stayed with sister August Hoskey, with other Hoskey and Brockway relatives for an evening. Nell Porter of Clare visited Alma Brockway on Sunday. Earl Bowers and family from Mt. Pleasant were guests of Robert Heber family.
