Golden Wedding Anniversary Celebrated at Arthur Town Hall
Mrs. J. C. Newman and her husband marked sixty years of marriage with a Golden Wedding Anniversary at the Arthur town hall hosted by the Brush College Ladies Aid. Nearly one hundred guests attended a buffet chicken dinner, special tables for family and grandchildren, and a vows renewal led by Rev. Kleinhardt. The couple, eight children and many relatives gathered as Mr. Newman recalled courtship days and thanked friends for their support.
