Farwell OES Plan Events and Meetings
Farwell OES Chapter 194 Order of Eastern Star held its March 15 regular meeting at the Farwell Masonic Temple. 18 officers were present, two new members were initiated, and Worthy Matron Leah Wilson and Worthy Patron Duncan Koepplinger presided. A bake sale is set for March 27 at 10:00 a.m. Ina Mae Davison chairs. The Mother and Daughter banquet is planned for May 8 at the Farwell High School dining room.

Nineteen children including Jeannie Blodgett and Kimberly Hardy celebrated their tenth birthdays Friday after school at the Emerson Blodgett home in Farwell. Festivities featured yellow and blue decor, balloons, streamers, daffodil centerpieces, walnut boats, Kool-Aid, ice cream, and two birthday cakes.
