W G Cribbs Dist Ext Agt announces the 1935 Corn-Hog contract for Clare County. The plan lowers hog reduction to 10 percent with a $15 per head payment for the reduced portion and no contracted acres for corn except required corn acreage reduction. Producers must base their limits on 1932 and 1933 averages and may sign both corn and hog contracts if last year’s contracts were signed.

Clare County men to attend Taft Memorial Highway meeting
Four Clare County men were designated by the Clare Chamber of Commerce to attend the William Howard Taft Memorial Highway Association meeting in Fort Myers on March 7 8 and 9.
