Clare County Board approves resignations and abstracts plan
The Clare County Board of Commissioners met in Harrison on June 15 1970 and accepted the resignation of Veterans Counselor Mrs Snice Eaton for health reasons. It adopted a detailed fee schedule for abstracts by the Register of Deeds and set title search costs effective July 1 1970. The board also discussed remodeling the basement to rent space to the Secretary of State and approved shifting the Agricultural Agent office to Cooperative Extension Service Michigan State University.
