Fredericka Breitag Giebel, born May 19 1864 in Stettin Germany, died June 28 1944 in Saginaw after a long illness. She immigrated to the U S in 1881, lived in Clare County since 1882, and was a longtime member of St Johns Evangelical Lutheran Church in Clare. Funeral held July 2 with burial at Cherry Grove Cemetery. survivors include her son Fred two daughters Anna Burch and Frieda Robson ten grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
