Mid Michigan seeks FCC OK to operate WCRM in Clare
The Mid Michigan Broadcasting Corp asks the FCC to allow operation of WCRM and WCRM-FM in Clare after a prior denial over stockholder ties to former management. New owners Gunn and Keiser would hold 90 percent and 10 percent respectively with Schwartz remaining president. The group seeks a waiver to finalize a purchase from Bi County Broadcasting at 53940 dollars and plans 119 hours weekly of local news and features, though Clare Station has a history of FCC violations.
