The Circuit Court of Clare County Michigan orders a hearing March 23 1929 on a petition by the Auditor General seeking tax sale of lands for taxes interest and charges. The sale of parcels will occur on the first Tuesday in May at the County Treasurer’s office with parcels offered separately to those paying full amount or to be reoffered if not sold.
Oramel B. Fuller Auditor General petitions the Circuit Court of Clare County to decree the sale of lands listed as Schedule A for unpaid taxes with interest, fees and expenses. The filing covers taxes for 1856 and earlier years, 1890 and prior years, and notes prior sales may have been set aside, with liens declared and lands to be sold to satisfy the state lien. Dated January 24, 1929.
