Life of Warner Infant Snuffed Out Early Tuesday
Three month old Mary Elizabeth Warner, daughter of Mr and Mrs Lonng Warner, living near Hagle church in Sheridan township, was smothered in sleep early Tuesday. Parents found her unresponsive at 6:00 am and sought help from neighbor Mrs Robert Kiemer and Dr H T Ballard, who pronounced death. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2:00 pm at Hagle church with Rev M R Honderich. interment in Cherry Grove cemetery. Thurston and Son directed arrangements.

Hienor Jane Hawkins a Clare Michigan resident since youth died February 9 1943 at age 79 after a lingering illness. Born Strathroy Ontario May 20 1863 she married Edward Thompson Hawkins in 1884 and lived in Clare most of her life raising four children Olney J Hawkins Sylvia Dorsey and others. Funeral at Clare Methodist Church with Dr John H Hall officiating followed by burial at Cherry Grove Cemetery.
