Benjamin Laurrence, eight miles southeast of Clare, operates a fourteen acre muck land muskrat farm. He pipes water from a flowing well, surrounds the area with fencing, and uses corn shocks for supplementary feed. Muskrats live along the ditches and do not build houses on banks. he began the enterprise two years ago and expects to sell rats within a year.

George Neagle born October 24, 1856 in Cleveland died January 27, 1927 in Detroit at his daughter Nancy Hogan’s home after a stroke of paralysis. Survived by wife Ida Johnson, nine children including four daughters and four sons, seventeen grandchildren, three brothers, one sister, with funeral at Baptist church near Haskins, Ohio. Theatre Fire Drill Staged At Prin cess Theatre
A fire drill was staged at the Prin cess Theatre last Thursday afternoon during the Jackie Coogan film Johnnie get Your Hair Cut. About 250 people, mostly children, exited in 45 seconds as a drill sign flashed on screen. The drill was arranged by owner John Asline and school superintendent Zinn in cooperation with the theatre.

February Guild Committee Entertains at Congregational Church
Mesdames Allen Hamp ton Derby Caple and Rogers hosted the February guild committee in the Congregational church parlors. Boy Breaks Arm in School Gym Spill
