Allen Kidder impressed in his first game, while the city team routed Farwell 47 to 6 with Bond and Atkins shining. Friday features Mt. Pleasant all star visit and a planned curtain raiser with Mt. Pleasant Training School.

Born Cape Breton Nova Scotia August 20 1850 he moved to Bruce County Ontario at age five later married Delia Russell 1880 with two children one died in infancy. Lived in Ewart Michigan Clare County and finally Sherman with daughter. Survived by daughter grandson three stepchildren two sisters and many relatives. Funeral Tuesday at Baptist church Reverend Milberry officiated and burial at Cherry Grove cemetery.
