International Mineral and Chemical Local 508 Oil Workers members won a wage increase and improvements in a contract retroactive to May 1. The deal includes a reopening on a union shop provision after a union shop election set for July 5. Gulf Marketing hopes to agree on a new contract this week and Gulf Refinery extended the 10 hour bonus to June 14.
