Local 44 Honors 50-Year Guards at Old Timers Banquet
Local 44 of the International Association of Bridge and Iron Workers held an Old Timers Banquet at the Gibson Roof Garden on March 16. Retirees James R. Bunch Merton Hughes Arthur J. Baker Charles Holder Frank Schimweg and others received 50 year pins while 101 members were cited for 25 years and 16 for 35 years.

YWCA Centennial Bus Tour Planned Across Cincinnati Branches
A four-branch bus tour on April 3 marks the YWCA Centennial Week with open houses at Clermont County Batavia Lincoln Park Northeastern Norwood and Northern Hills branches. Led by chair Gladys W. Callender the outing starts 10 a.m. and ends 4 p.m. with exhibits, refreshments, a snack lunch, and a small fee. reservations are required.
