Newport Illinois Oct 26 A body recovered last Thursday from the submarine S 51 sunk off Block Island on September 25 by the City of Rome was identified as Frank Collins Wiseman torpedoman third class of South Boston. Wiseman was identified by teeth and tattoo marks and was found entangled in the submarine’s wireless antenna by divers.
