After a Wade Park mass meeting led by Samuel Gompers 5000 attendees in Cleveland back a plan to form a state union of public school teachers. They aim to support Cleveland grade school teachers against the Board of Education and urge unity, with pledges of aid and constitutional rights arguments.
Funeral shed holds the first pictorial view of disaster as 206 bodies recovered from the ill fated liner. Hundreds imprisoned in the shattered hull. Twenty five little white caskets cradle as many children who perished.
Detective sworn affidavits against Dr. Winters and Mrs. Winters charge them with murder in the Catherine Winters disappearance.
