James Condron Dies After City Hospital Injury
James Condron former Paymaster of the Water Works and chairman of the City Democratic Executive Committee died at City Hospital after a week of critical illness. He was found under a freight car in the railroad yards at Eighth Street and McLean Avenue. Detectives could not obtain an ante mortem statement. Contusions and a broken rib were found. pleurisy hastened death. Police seek two short heavy set men seen with him earlier.
